The PGA tour heads from two of the best golf events every year to one of the most average sporting events in Florida this weekend at the Honda Classic. Never much appeal to the Honda Classic but I guess that can be said for most non major tournaments. It is tough to compete with the rowdiest and biggest crowd at a venue designed for spectator entertainment.

Quick side note, if you and your golf buddy’s didn’t at least send a text to each other about going to the Waste Management next year…. what the hell are you waiting for? Definitely on the bucket list.

The Honda Classic sandwiched between three of the best non major tournaments with the Waste Management and Genesis before, then The Players the week after is tough. Kind of feels like a time to take a week off. But, golf is golf and I am still going to watch and bet on it. Not the worst field of players and Brooks always puts asses in seats. Here are my plays.

Billy Horschel to Win +2100 1u.

He has been playing good golf lately with a T11 last time playing. Feels like he is good for a win a year in a smaller tournament.

Brooks Koepka Top 20 +110 1 u

Disappointing not making the cut last week but should bounce back if he actually believes what he said about his world ranking status

Rickie Fowler Top 20 +240 1u

I believe in the Rickie comeback. He has been showing us something at least is past couple outings and he is #GoodForGolf.
